Alana lost 16 lbs. In 7 weeks! Here is her story:

"After graduating college, I struggled with sticking to a gym routine and healthy meal plan. I tried a no-carb diet, a low-fat diet, and worked out doing only cardio. I hated going to the gym and was constantly hungry and unsatisfied with what I was eating. As soon as Michael began working with me I noticed a change in my energy levels and I did not struggle with being hungry all the time. My meals are delicious and I always feel satisfied afterward. Michael designed my meal plan for my specific lifestyle and provided me with foods I love to eat on a regular basis. My gym routine has become less cardio and more weight lifting. I have never loved going to the gym more! Although my progress is not extreme, I feel that I am finally following a healthy lifestyle that I can maintain throughout my life. I am so grateful that Michael has given me the tools to feel confident and be healthy! Michael has helped me stay on track and is always checking in on the progress I make. I feel a sense of support from him and whenever I have questions or wish to change part of my plan he is always there to help me along and motivate me. "
